Hi Vivian, in response to your questions:

1. Your family members will need to submit their own visa applications. They would be issued with visas under the same conditions as the DNV holder. The decisions as to whether to grant spousal and family member visas are made on a case-by-case basis.

2. Temporary Address - You will need to have a place to stay, it could be a hotel or other accommodation.

3. Renewal of DNV - The maximum period of stay of a foreigner in Estonia (and the EU) on a long-stay visa shall not be longer than 548 days within 730 consecutive days, i.e. if you are issued an initial DNV for the maximum period of 1 year, after that period, you can apply for another visa for a maximum period of 6 months.
