Hi Alexandr. Just to clarify my previous response, your spouse and children will need to apply for a visa to come with you on the DNV. For exampple, if you apply for a long stay D-type DNV, then your spouse and children will also need to apply for D visas. If successful, their visas would be issued on the same conditions as your DNV. The decisions to grant spousal visas are made on a case-by-case basis.
